The Institute’s Deanship is undertaken by: Prof. Dr. / Tariq Labib Emara– Community Organization Professor and full-time Deanship.
And Prof. Dr. / Shaaban Azzam – Social Case Work Professor– Institute’s agent for Education and Student Affairs.
And Prof. Dr. / Ashraf Murid – Social Group Work Professor– Institute’s agent for Environmental Affairs and Community Development.
And Prof. Dr / Mahmoud Attia Bali – Community Organization Professor– Institute’s agent for field instruction and youth welfare affair.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article (15) of Law No. (52) for the year 1970 AD, the institute is managed by a board of directors consisting of (11) members, of whom (5) are members nominated by the owning association (the Student Welfare Society) and (6) members representing the dean of the institute, the two agents and three members The teaching staff is nominated by the Dean of the Institute and a decision is issued for them by Prof. / Minister of Higher Education, and he nominates from among them a president for the Council, on which he also issues a ministerial decision.
